Drywall Services Available
- Drywall intake and scattering, from curbside/garage/yard to standard indoors $2 per sheet to 1st floor, $.50 per sheet per floor additional floors, cost varies on difficulty to turn, small spaces, etc.
- We don’t stock drywall, it’s purchased as needed (taking advantage of constant discounts, sales & overstocks)
- Delivery between 150 to 500 depending on the amount of materials
- Delivery $80 – $250 per delivery (https://www.homedepot.com/c/Delivery_Services) based on quantities
- Basic supplies / materials pickup, $25 per pickup
- Sheet hanging $19 each on standard walls (standard ceiling, +$2 each)
- Sheet plastering $19 each on standard walls (standard ceiling, +$2 each)
- Sheet taping $19 each on standard walls (standard ceiling, +$2 each)
- Drywall / plaster wall re-coating (repair or level 5 finish), $5.00 per square foot, minimum 100 sq ft
- Drywall hole repair, hole patching from preparation to final prime, $225 each up to 18″X18″ – qty discount on over 5 patches / repairs
- Inside corner beads / taping $19 each on standard walls – not bullnose or profile bead (standard ceiling, +$2 each) up to 10′
- Outside corner bead $19 on standard walls not bullnose or profile bead (standard ceiling, +$2 each) up to 10′
- Windows / doors / soffit turns (standard flat edging from 3″ to 12″ widths) $10 Linear foot [Not including beads]
- Tear away beading installations up to 10′ per space (not per bead) $1.75 Linear foot (minimum 100′) on standard walls (standard ceiling, +$2 each)
- Sheet sanding $6 each 1 hand on standard walls (standard ceiling, +$2 each)
- Sheet priming $6 each 1 hand on standard walls (standard ceiling, +$2 each)
- Sheet painting $4 each / per hand / per coat on standard walls (standard ceiling, +$2 each)
- Excess garbage disposal (haul away service only) $250 per 1 ton (self load to trailer / dumpster)
- Missing framing, furring, corner supports, adding butt-boards (wood, not metal) $3 each (up to 8′ each, min 100′)
- Basic framing up to 10′ height (non load bearing supports) $5.00 linear foot (minimum 100′)
- Job site cleanup $3.50 per square foot
